Strides made to restore passenger rail service to southern Montana

The group says they have already made great progress in their first two years of existence, and now have a full board and a fully staffed authority, as well as the attention of the federal government, as the vice chair of the Surface Transportation Board provided the keynote speech, stressing the importance of the railway owners holding up their legal obligation to accommodate passenger travel.
