W.R. Hume: Montana should take advantage of chance for scenic southern Amtrak route

Revival of the passenger train "Olympian Hiawatha", with traditional and new city stops, could become an economic engine for all stakeholders. Discussion of the rail passenger route will be kicked-off Aug. 22-23 at the "Greater Northwest Passenger Rail Summit" in Billings.
