Q1: Does the Cost Proposal count in the 25-limit page count?

Q2: On page 14: Section 6 – Evaluation Process - It says “References” is worth 25 points, but the RFP doesn’t ask for references in any of the sections. What section should the references be included and how many references? Are references included in the 25-limit page count?

Q3: Should firms include resumes? If so, how long should they be, and are they included in the 25-limit page count?

A: Firms may include the resumes of key team members. Resumes are NOT included in the 25-page limit.

Q4: Will the Authority consider allowing 11x17 page size for org chart and schedules?

A: If information such as a chart/graphic is better conveyed in a larger page format, a larger page size may be used.

Q5: When does the Authority anticipate conducting interviews for firms that have been short-listed?

A: Interviews will take place in the latter part of July. Exact dates are to be determined.

Q6: Will the interviews for short-listed firms be conducted in person or virtual?

A: Virtual.
